Hope Diaz is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse practicing as a hospitalist provider in the Mountain Highlands region.
A graduate of the ETSU BSN class of 2006 and the ETSU-TTU Joint DNP class of 2021. She has spent her nursing career in the hospital environment working in varied specialties of adult acute care nursing.
Hope served as adjunct faculty for the ETSU BSN program via their partnership with Ballad Health for 3 years and then most recently on the adjunct faculty of Tennessee Technological University in the DNP and MSN programs Acute Care concentration. Her DNP project focus was as on improving nurse-provider communication in the acute care environment.
Hope lives in Elizabethton, Tennessee with her husband, Joe, her four children and their chocolate lab, Hank.
