When training on a personal development plan, using workouts to lose weight, every student eventually asks how to get motivated. Motivation will ebb and flow, some days we feel charged and on fire, other days we doubt it’s possible to succeed. Getting beneath our superficial reasons to our deepest reasons for needing to change reframes this whole process.
