Most people aren't clear on why they train or what training quality they are attempting to train. IN today's episode I go over the training qualities that I believe are the pillars of training, including:

strength, strength endurance, hypertrophy, isometric, power and mobility. If you keep doing the same old, you'll get the same old results.

Plus, I give one powerful mindset insight at the end of the episode that if used appropriately, has the ability to change your life in an amazing way!
