This week, I’m taking you with me on a little journey back to Glastonbury, a place that feels like stepping into a different world. Walking through this mystical town, the heart of Avalon, I felt a deep sense of magic and healing in the air.

It was here, surrounded by ancient lay lines and sacred sites like the Chalice Well and White Spring Temple, that I was reminded of something so simple yet so vital: our connection to water.

As I drank straight from the sacred wells, I could feel how far we’ve drifted from nature. How much we’ve outsourced our trust and power to systems telling us what’s safe, instead of remembering our own connection to the earth. This episode is my travel diary entry for you: an invitation to reflect on how you get your water, how you use it, and how you can honor it as the very essence of life.

Come along as I share what Glastonbury taught me about returning to the wildness within us and the sacredness of water that sustains us all.
