Current events, and the chronic way they are misrepresented and misreported, are a microcosm of the wider fight we have on our hands, and deserve a robust response.
We are also in a situation largely of the making of Israel's political leadership of all stripes, from unhelpful remarks at diametric ends of the spectrum by Smotrich and Golan, to Bibi's constant vacillation instead of leading the agenda the way he claims he does.
I also lean a bit on English literature for good measure.
