Anthony Orr is an ITIL and Executive ITSM Advisor-Consultant. He has been serving at HDI for over six years and is also currently a Solution Director for SDI Presence. In the past, he has worked for some of the most well known brands in ITSM, amongst which you can find Honeywell, the Department of Veteran Affairs, Axo, and BMC Cherwell.
