Momtaz Begum-Hossain is a Modern Colour Theorist. She’s the Founder of the
‘Hello Hue’ philosophy and the author of the book Hello Rainbow - Finding
Happiness in Colour includes therapeutic colour rituals and mindful crafting ideas
inspired by colour therapy. In this episode she reflects on why and how, as adults we
may have forgotten how we can engage with and use colour to help us feel better
and to express our true selves, as well as how we can bring more colour into our day
to day lives.
