Let your eyes rest on a point in your space. Any point.
With each breath, Allow distractions to fade.
Inhale deeply, inviting clarity… And exhale, releasing what no longer serves you.
Picture your mind as a calm, open space, Ready to receive new thoughts, And new ideas.
Repeat after me: "I let go of what I don't need. My mind is clear and focused."

Take one final breath... And as you exhale, Step forward with renewed mental clarity.
