Morning Reset Meditation (A three-minute meditation to start the day with clarity and purpose.)
Take a deep breath. Breathe in... Hold for a moment... And exhale slowly. Let's do that again. Breathe in deeply... Feel your chest expand... And release.
As you settle into this moment, Let your eyes rest softly On something in your space—A light, A color, A familiar object.
This morning is a fresh start. A new opportunity. Each breath brings in new energy, Clearing away any heaviness left from sleep.
Now, let's set an intention for today. What is one quality you want to bring into your day? Perhaps it's focus. Or ease. Or patience. Hold that word in your mind. Say it silently to yourself.
Breathe in deeply, Welcoming this intention… And exhale, releasing any distractions.
Inhale… And exhale. And release.
Visualize yourself moving through your morning With clarity, Accomplishing each task with purpose.
Your mind is sharp, Your thoughts are steady.
Repeat after me: "I welcome clarity and focus into my day."
Let's say that together, "I welcome clarity and focus into my day."
Let's take one more deep breath together. Inhale… And exhale.
Another inhale… And exhale. And as you step into your day, Carry this sense of focus with you.
Now, get into your day.
