Moment of Peace Meditation (Find a comfortable spot. No need to close your eyes Unless you want to. Just relax.)
Minute 1: Breathe and Settle Take a slow, easy breath in then let it out. No rush. Just breathe. Feel the chair or bed holding you. Notice your hands resting, Your feet steady. Nothing to fix, Nothing to change. Just be here.
Minute 2: Soft Kindness Gently place a hand on your chest or your lap. Feel the warmth. Say to yourself: I am here. I am safe. This moment is enough. Now, imagine a soft light surrounding you, Bringing you comfort, Like a gentle hug.
Minute 3: A Moment of Peace
Think of something that brings you peace like a warm cup of tea, or a favorite song, or maybe the sound of rain. Take one more deep breath in And sigh it out. Let yourself rest in this simple, quiet moment. No need to remember anything. No need to do anything. Just be.
