Pause for a moment. Take a breath in... And let it go.
Another breath in. And let it go.
Feel your body settle, Releasing any tension.
Observe your surroundings. Notice the colors, The textures, The objects in your space. Let your mind become present.
Now think back to your day so far. What is one thing you've learned? Could it be something you read? A conversation? Or a small moment of insight? Hold onto that thought.
Now let's recall another memory—Something that made you smile today. A kind word? A quiet moment? A feeling of accomplishment?
With each breath, feel these moments Settling into your memory, Becoming part of you.
Now, shift your focus to a positive memory from your past—One that brings warmth, confidence, or joy. Let that memory expand in your mind.
Repeat after me: "My mind is clear. My memory is strong."
Let's repeat that together: "My mind is clear. My memory is strong."
Take another deep breath, Letting this refreshed awareness energize you.
