This is a meditation for when you feel Overworked and Exhausted A meditation to release tension and restore energy. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Take a deep breath in… And slowly exhale. Feel your shoulders drop, Your jaw soften, Your hands relax. You have been carrying so much. It’s okay to set it down, just for this moment. With each inhale, Breathe in renewal. With each exhale, Let go of exhaustion. Picture yourself resting under the warmth of the sun, Or wrapped in a soft, comforting embrace. You do not have to earn rest. You deserve it. You need it. You are enough as you are. Repeat after me: "I give myself permission to rest. My body and mind deserve care." "I give myself permission to rest. My body and mind deserve care."
Take one final breath. And as you exhale, Feel yourself lighter, more at ease.
