Evening Relaxation Meditation for Restful Sleep (A meditation to transition from a busy day to restful sleep.)
Breathe in deeply... And slowly exhale. Let's do that again. Inhale... And let it go.
Let your gaze soften As you take in your surroundings. With each breath, feel your body releasing the weight of the day.
Now, reflect on one thing you accomplished today. It doesn't have to be big—Perhaps you checked off a task, Supported a friend, Or took a moment for yourself. Acknowledge this.
Breathe in, Feeling gratitude for what today brought… And exhale, Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
Imagine your thoughts settling, Like sand sinking in clear water. No rush, No pressure—Just stillness.
Repeat after me: "I am calm, I am at peace, I am ready to restore."
Let's say that together: "I am calm, I am at peace, I am ready to restore."
Now, take one final breath in... And as you exhale, Allow your body and mind to fully unwind, Preparing for deep, restful sleep.
