Samantha was shy and timid. She didn't believe in herself and was worried of what others thought of her.

Samatha first started a photography business which helped her learn to speak her voice, command presence and become the expert in her field. Her realization was that you can do something that you once thought you can't do.

Today, Samatha lives with a stronger sense of purpose. Creating Joeydolls has allowed her to reclaim the parts of her identity she once tried to minimize. She has sold 13,000 dolls around the world, and each one is a little reminder that she is making a difference. That gives Samantha more confidence than she ever thought possible.
