You are enough. You are becoming. You are right on time.

This Week’s Affirmations:

  1. I deserve to treat myself with the same kindness I give others.
  2. I am learning to love who I am becoming, day by day.
  3. Rest is not selfish — it is how I stay whole.

  6. I am worthy of good things simply because I exist.
