Master Life Coach, trauma-informed and holds a degree in Human
Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the
University of Utah. She was trained in Human Resources, Leadership
and Employee Experience in the world-renowned leadership program at
Target.

Lindsay Polic, the host, is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, international health coach, child passenger safety technician (car seats!), and certified safety professional with over 20 years of experience. She likes to say that she offers regulatory compliance with heart.
