In this episode, I sat down with my friend Danny to talk about what actually makes a podcast work, especially for founders who don't love being on camera.

Danny walked me through the four versions of his show that didn’t stick, and what he learned from each one. We talked about why creating just one clip per guest didn’t scale, and how trying to force every conversation into a framework actually killed the vibe.

Once he switched to a more natural, “fly-on-the-wall” style, everything clicked.
