In this episode, Run Breiter shares his personal journey through one of the toughest periods of his life. After running a marathon in August, he experienced his first and most severe panic attack, which led to a diagnosis of extreme dehydration and eventually an anxiety disorder.

Despite seeking treatment for his disorder, Run Breiter was initially unsatisfied with the explanation that his anxiety was unexplained. As someone who had never struggled with severe anxiety before, he was determined to understand the root cause of his symptoms. After further investigation, he discovered that a virus had caused an inner ear weakness, which had triggered his anxiety due to the uncertainty surrounding his condition.

Run Breiter goes into detail about his experience and offers advice to anyone who may be struggling with similar challenges or mental health issues. He shares how he was able to get back on track and provides insight that can help others navigate difficult times.
