In this episode, Run Breiter discusses the experience of running two full marathons in just three weeks apart, specifically the Miami and Austin marathons. He first shares the recap of these races, and than jumps into his personal experience and provides insights and tips for runners who may be considering taking on a similar challenge. Regardless if your a marathon runner, or run shorter distances, the same lessons can be applied.
The episode also covers the potential benefits and drawbacks of running two races in close succession and how to properly recover between races. Run Breiter is confident running races is the best way for beginners to learn as runners, and to keep inconsistent runners consistent, but of course he wants all runners to be running for life so this episode should help give some great prospective.
