Luis Antonio was born in Colombia South America on the island of San Andres. He lived with his grandparents until the age of 10 before coming to the United States to live with his mother, stepfather, and two step sisters. He grew up in Central Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with an Engineering Degree.

Luis Antonio appeared in his first movie, Larry The Cable Guy Health Inspector as an extra. He also appeared in Tooth Fairy 2, starring Larry The Cable Guy. Since then, he has done several plays and appeared in numerous TV commercials and a string of independent movies. He has also worked with big names like John Cena, Meredith Hagner, Lil Rel Howery, and Yvonne Orji in Vacation Friends. Additionally, he had the opportunity to work with Jeffrey Donovan and Sharon Gless on Burn Notice. Some of his most recent projects are Brooker, The Pages of My Heart, and The Art of Passion.
