S2, E8: Being Human in a Digital World (with Luc Grey)
Manage episode 479032257 series 3279858
This week on The Revolutionized Mind, we are joined by Luc Grey! In this episode, Luc shares some of the work that they do as a therapist and everything that they love about providing a safe space for others to navigate their own life journeys. Luc emphasizes the importance of asking questions, being curious, and really thinking about how we exist within different systems. We spend a big portion of this conversation discussing social media use and the balance between simply consuming content and being intentional with the way that we use our own personal platforms. As a therapist, Luc talks about being guided by our values, ensuring that we are present in our daily lives, and constantly checking in with ourselves as we go. We validate that having the world at our fingertips can be exhausting and overwhelming, and we’re just not meant to see or do it all. But, the small ways that we choose to make a difference in this world go a lot farther than we think. This episode is reassuring and empowering, and will definitely encourage you to start thinking about things a little bit differently.
