We recently got to do a quick segment with our nutrition coach Sean Gleason. Sean and I talk about the differences between whole foods and supplementation, what supplementation looks like and when you should include it, what whole foods are and when you should eat then, plus more!

Sean have been long time members of The Process from the beginning with our Weakness Wods, then Compete programming, and now and Individual Design athlete so we thought he knew the business well enough to jump on board as our nuritition coach.
