TAG someone who needs some focus for their at home workouts in April during this quarantine! Some of the focuses are building upper body pushing and pulling strength through upward, downward, and horizontal movement planes. No weights are needed to practice your strict inversion/handstand movements. Plus I love that HIIT Training with prescribed work:rest ratios or body weight and mono structural cardio.
