Our bodies are constantly evolving, yet embracing those changes can feel like a lifelong struggle. Whether you’re navigating the whirlwind of postpartum recovery, or facing the shifts that come with aging, body image is something most of us wrestle with at some point in our lives. In this episode, we’re having a raw and honest conversation about what it means to appreciate our bodies at every stage of life.
