From your experience, what are the lead magnets that get people the most new clients for people in the academy. (giveaway, Weightlifting workshop, free trial etc.)

How would you guys make the most of classes when

1) The numbers are low 3-6 people (class numbers have always been low in the gym unless it's the Monday/Tuesday evening slot

2) It's a PureGym branded class (no flexibility to do your own thing)

How to overcome fear of increasing SGPT prices. New clients happily accept the price just fear for OG SG Clients.

Successful ways to make leads into conversions

I'm finding some of my clients aren't replying to their check in feedback given friday dinner until like saturday/sunday when I aren't working. Then I'm replying and going against my working hours but I feel like I can't ignore them. Any Advice on how to handle it?

Am I better off using my time to do gym floor lead gen or online lead gen if I'm a gym floor PT trying to go fully online.

What’s your go-to when motivation dips or imposter syndrome creeps in?

I have a client who has a super busy work schedule. She manages to get her sessions done but has admitted she becomes lazy when it comes to her nutrition. She sometimes doesn't stop for a lunch break and some days she'll get home from work at 11pm/midnight. Some nights she'll eat when she gets home but has admitted that most of the time she can't be bothered to cook / eat. Some days she only consumes 600-700 calories but isn't phased by this and says she's 'just not hungry'

How would you approach this?

How do you nudge a lead you're having a conversation with towards booking a call and hopefully signing them on?
