If you had to start a group training session for the first time looking to transition clients from 1-1) what are the steps you would take to make sure it was set up and run successfully - and how would your pricing & overall service delivery compare to your 1-1's?

How many times does a client have to be late to a session and by how much until i should pull them up on it?

The thing you hate most about running the business that you really have to have a word with yourself about to do - not just 'marketing' for example but the specific bit.

Are you all happy with where the PTMA is currently at? On track for your yearly goals?

Maybe it's somewhere explained already but I'd struggling massively to choose my target audience/niche because I feel like I just work with such a broad spectrum of general pop clients.

When it comes to running a business, are there any mistakes that you’ve made that I can learn from?

While I have my giveaway running can I do a referral scheme for clients and give them a free week if they refer someone who signs up? (more personal to me but happy to share it too)
