What does being in alignment actually feel like? As this concept has replaced manifestation as the spiritual community's latest buzzword, we realized it deserves deeper exploration beyond the surface-level understanding most of us have.
Alignment isn't about everything magically becoming easy or perfect. It's about developing a profound relationship with your authentic self and recognizing how your body signals when you're moving in harmony with your true nature versus forcing yourself down paths that don't serve you.
The physical sensations of alignment are unmistakable once you learn to recognize them: a sense of lightness, inspiration, and reduced resistance.
