This week I continue with my 'year in the life of' series in which I explore typical challenges that arise as we embark on a health or weight-loss journey. It's still early January at time of recording and whether you are listening as part of your new year intentions, or you have taken up the podcast to support you in your efforts midway through the year, the principles remain the same.

As do the challenges.

Having started with great motivation and clarity, we can sometimes all to easily lose our mojo and our way as life pressures kick in.

So in this episode I share my concept of 'If in Doubt, Go Sprout' and explain how focusing on less and smaller can really get you back on track. I share a question to ask yourself and then three steps to follow to help you sweat the right sprout and get back on track with your goal
