Rudy Gonsior is a 20+ year Special Operations veteran currently serving in the US Army. His back ground includes multiple combat deployments around the world, as well tours of duty as a Special Forces Sniper Instructor and Training and Development Officer for Special Forces candidates among many other things. After years of struggling with PTSD/anxiety/depression/suicide he has developed a deep passion for exploring and integrating the mental and physical mechanics of the human experience. He currently lives in southern Maine with his two kids and the love of his life.
