In this powerful and transformative episode, I share the story of how I began my healing journey at age 41. Inspired by the remarkable story of Geoff Thompson—a world-renowned karate expert and former nightclub bouncer who overcame the trauma of childhood abuse to transform his life—I took a deep dive into my own struggles with anger and unresolved pain from trauma.
Through self-reflection and inner work, I discovered that my anger stemmed a from traumatic experience at 4 years old, the abusive treatment from teachers and the constant fights and conflicts I endured during my school years. But instead of letting it define me, I turned my pain into strength. From resilience and mental toughness to learning martial arts, traveling the world, and becoming an entrepreneur, my journey eventually led to a profound spiritual awakening and a desire to help others heal.
If you’re ready to draw strength from your trauma and transform your life, this video will guide and inspire you to begin your own healing journey.
