It’s official—I’m no longer gluten-free.

After 16 years of strict adherence (and evangelizing about the benefits of a gluten free diet), I’ve reintroduced gluten into my life. It’s been a surprising and liberating part of my healing journey.

In this episode, I share my personal story of overcoming fear around gluten and offer guidance for those considering reintroductions—especially if you’re gluten-sensitive.

FYI – this isn’t advice for anyone with Celiac or a wheat allergy. But if you’ve got gluten sensitivity and find yourself questioning long-held food restrictions, this episode is for you.
