Remember to pay attention to your workplace pension. One of the most notable trends in this year’s survey is the inactivity surrounding pension plans. Less than 10% of employers improved their pension offerings in 2023. While nearly 75% of respondents believe their pension plan is in good condition, only 10% think they've made a positive impact on retirement adequacy. Moreover, over 80% of employers admit they don’t assess the effectiveness of their pension plans in achieving good outcomes for their members.
