In this episode of The Fairy Elephant Effect, Elysabeth explores the ripple effect of our habitual thoughts and how they shape our emotional lives, relationships, and future. She unpacks why we’re often programmed to focus on what’s wrong, how that becomes our default thinking, and what happens when we start choosing different thoughts on purpose.

Let me offer you some replacement thoughts. Try these:

  • Things have a habit of working out for me.
  • It just got easier today.
  • Everything I do is flowing in the right way.
  • I am allowed to feel good about my life.

What if you picked just one of those and repeated it? Let it sink into your body. Let it guide your next decision. Because those old thoughts you’ve had—those negative, critical ones—you’ve likely said them a million times. No wonder they feel familiar. But they’re not necessarily true.

There will be resistance. The new thought won’t feel comfortable at first. Your old programming—the negative beliefs—will push back. That’s okay. In fact, that’s a good sign. It means you’re disrupting the story. It means you’re waking up.

Elysabeth shares powerful reframes, personal reflections, and inspiring truths to help you shift the direction of your emotional current. She also revisits her conversation with Candice Dorsey, who spoke about how negativity shaped her identity—and how she began to break free.

This episode is an invitation to pause, disrupt the old story, and begin a new ripple with just one thought. Because it all starts and ends with you.

💬 Mentioned:

  • The Fairy Elephant Effect book — available now on Amazon
  • Podcast 28: Interview with Candice Dorsey
  • Reframe statements to shift your thoughts and energy
