Previously, Eric co-founded TurnKey Vacation Rentals, which became North America’s second largest property management company, acquired by Vacasa in 2021. In 1995, he founded Bedandbreakfast.com, growing it into the world’s largest online B&B directory, acquired by HomeAway (now VRBO) in 2010.
