The ability to live in the now requires our ability to shut out old voices nd messages from our past. These old messages have sicking power. They have not jut flowed through us rather stuck with us preventing an objective look at our present. The past is foundational but we need to live in the here and now. Who influences us has a major part in our ability to live now and into the future.
