In this epsiode, I tell you what you need to pay attention to on the nutrition facts labels and what to avoid in addition to sugar substitute which is Stevia Extract. You want to avoid Sugar Alcohol which companies use to simulate the original flavors of food when in fact it's worse than eating raw sugar. Low to no carbs (50 grams or less, I try to limit my carbs to 25 or less). I also recommend that you increase your protein intake. Just pay attention to the number of carbs, sugar, added sugar and sugar alcohol content and you should be okay.
