After injuring his knees playing football, Kirby struggled to maintain his daily workout routine.

Despite the pain and excuses, he decided to adapt his workout by reducing the weight and focusing on bodyweight exercises.

This experience taught him that progress is still progress, and it's important to be flexible in thought and behavior to keep moving forward.

Kirby encourages listeners to identify the metaphorical weights in their lives and make changes to achieve progress and build confidence.
