Can tracking your blood sugar help you beat the bloat — without cutting carbs or going on a restrictive diet?

In this episode, I’m sharing what happened when I wore a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for two weeks and tracked how my body responded to food, exercise, sleep, and stress. From unexpected blood sugar spikes to discovering that a controversial breakfast choice didn’t spike me at all, this experiment was full of surprises — and tons of insight.

I’ll walk you through:

  • What a CGM is and how it works
  • Why CGMs can be helpful for anyone, not just diabetics
  • My biggest takeaways (like how I reduced a big blood sugar spike by tweaking my meal order + movement)
  • Why you don’t need a CGM to balance your blood sugar or reduce bloating
  • The simple habits I now swear by to feel more energized, less bloated, and more in control of my cravings

If you’re participating in my Bloat-Free Summer Challenge, this episode will help you connect the dots between blood sugar and bloat — and give you even more motivation to stick with the habits we're practicing this week!
