I have been doing fitness and rehab for about 13 years now...

What makes a good workout program you ask..

Here are the 3 criteria points that I have narrowed it down to:

1.) Do it more often than not. You should work out 4 or more days out of the 7 days of the week. This should be FUN! It shouldn't be something you don't enjoy.

2.) You have to sweat and you have to breathe hard while doing it. For the older population and beginners sometimes that is as simple as walking. As you get more fit and want more goals it can change.

3.) (Most important). Have to have someone to share the program with. A workout partner would be great but that doesn't have to be the case. The biggest thing is to have someone that you can share your results with. Someone that will understand what you are doing and can also share in the suffering of it with you! It could be a friend in another state that you text everyday about your workout and they text you about theirs. Someone you can share your workout with is so IMPORTANT.

These 3 things are crucial to have a great workout program!
