If you’re longing for healing, inspiration, and a beach escape that speaks to both your heart and soul, this one’s for you.

After a month-long pause, I returned to the shoreline searching for inspiration—and the waves didn’t disappoint.

From calm, glassy mornings to sudden swells and drifting seaweed, my recent week at Fort Walton Beach, on Florida's Emerald Coast, revealed more than just its shifting beauty. It mirrored the turbulence of our world and reminded me of the grounding peace we can always return to.

In this episode, I share a story that begins with a sunrise at the beach, drifts into memories of childhood swimming in the Pacific, and flows into lessons on how to move through chaos with grace.

What You’ll Hear In This Episode:

  • How the Gulf’s ever-changing waves whispered lessons about life’s rhythm and flow.
  • A memory of diving under towering Pacific swells, and what it still teaches me today.
  • The way seaweed, sandbars, and shifting tides reveal hidden truths about resilience.
  • Reflections on finding peace and grounding when the world feels heavy and chaotic.
  • Gentle reminders from the beach that emotional healing is possible, wave after wave.
