In this episode, we explore how intentional breathing, especially when paired with sound, can help us feel more grounded, calm, and connected. I share how using a soft “haaa” during exhale has helped me activate the body’s natural relaxation response, and how it might help you reconnect with your voice. Drawing from research and my experience as a singer, this is a gentle reminder that our breath is a gift—and our voice, a powerful part of our healing.
