I was so thrilled with the two interviews from September. I feel like Doctor Hoar interview should almost be mandatory to everyone in the world because in one hour there’s so much information about overall fitness and health.

Preston did a great job explaining the importance of training and the intangibles that come with being highly trained.

I’m looking forward to October and already have some other content that I’m very happy with recorded including me just running my mouth and some interviews.
