Today's conversation is with First Sergeant Don Castelow. Don is the kind of leader who raises the level of every room, event, and exercise he participates in.
Don dives into his story of growing up in the Army, starting a family, and contributing more than his share to every task at every unit he is part of.
He discusses his leader development models and the "Bubble Map".
We will put pictures of his whiteboards & bubble maps on our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/teach_me_to_fish_podcast/.
He'll discuss how the 25th Infantry Division is executing Transition in Contact, implementing Cross Domain and Effects companies, and what he learned from his recent Combat Training Center (CTC) rotation at the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC).
We are so excited to share Don's story and advice with you and hope you do the same for someone you care about.
