On this difficult episode Rebecca and I try to tackle politics in the fairest and most honest way that we can. Of course, it's impossible this day and age to be completely neutral when you have your own set of experiences and preferences. We wanted to talk about what's going on out there and how we can find the truth in a sociopolitical culture where it's hard to know what's really going on, and how one might find clarity, balance, and hope when there's so much ugliness in our political landscape. By the end, we wanted to leave you with what we think people can do to be politically energized without it killing your mental health or friendships with those who are politically different from you.
