On this super fun and thoughtful episode Rebecca and I talk about getting older, and how age has this tendency to kill our motivation and productivity. We'll talk about jealousy and regret, and how when that festers it turns into poor mental health if not handled properly. We'll talk about our own aspirations and dashed dreams, and how to serve your own life and productivity, and how we might stay properly motivated despite setbacks, getting older, or facing defeats or failures. At the end of the day, there's a technique to aging gracefully and we'll talk about it!
