It’s been a while. I’m tucked up in my snuggliest clothes, recording this late at night - heart full, energy soft, and if I’m honest… a little bit nervous to be back behind the mic. But here we are!

This episode is tender. It’s about the messy middle. The quiet. The moments when things wobble, and no one’s watching, and it’s just you with you.

I’m sharing what brought me back, and what’s carried me through. The quiet, powerful work of self-coaching. Not the performative kind. Not the “push through” kind. The kind that holds you when you’re not sure what comes next.

Inside this episode, I chat about:

✨ Why I stepped away from the podcast, and why I came back before I felt “ready”

✨ The real question that rerouted me from fear (and how I use it with clients all the time)

✨ What self-coaching actually is.. and what it’s not.

✨ How to use the tools you already have, even if you’ve forgotten they’re there.

✨ My top 5 go-to processes I use on myself, from emotional clearing to good old-fashioned reframing

✨ The difference between waiting until you feel ready vs. just deciding to return

✨ Why self-coaching is the most powerful way to stay connected to who you are — especially when no one’s looking

This one’s for anyone who’s been quietly trying to find their way back to the centre. For the parts of you that feel like you’ve drifted. For the version of you that knows how to hold yourself — even if you’ve forgotten for a while.

I’m so glad to be back. Let’s begin.
