G’day, friends! In this episode, I’m sharing a new approach to sales and enrollment for coaches and service providers—one rooted in trust, transparency, and integrity.

Inspired by a sales training I couldn’t even finish, I reflect on the outdated, high-pressure tactics we’re so often taught and how they clash with the personal, transformative work we do. Instead, I explore how to create meaningful connections with potential clients, from empowering them to make their own decisions to being honest when coaching isn’t the right fit.

Sales doesn’t have to feel “salesy.” It’s about building relationships, not closing deals. And when we lean into generosity, empathy, and ethical practices, the results are better for everyone.
