Daniel J. Schwarzhoff is the CEO of the See App Company and the voice of the NonContemplative Meditation technique. On this episode Dan shares how at age six he discovered the essence of what he would later develop into NonContemplative Meditation. In the early 80's, he began refining the technique, through which he overcame challenges with alcoholism, drug abuse, and mental health issues. Dan has helped thousands through his books, videos, blogs and now, the See App.
