Remember that one’s mental health is in the emotional, psychological and social well-being. This is just as important as we put on our physical health. Both our physical and mental health need to be cared for in our same unique self. Personally, my physical exercise has always been in a pool where you can catch me swimming for miles, but you will not really find me running for miles. Our self-care is no different, it is personal, and you must spend time with YOU to figure out what works in yourself care. Let’s dive into today’s episode to understanding self-care.
