The more we accept and believe in our value the more it is reflected back to us in the physical world. One of the reasos being honest with ourself is so beneficial is that part of being honest with ourself is accepting we each have infinite value, wisdom, power, creativity, love, peace and joy. Accepting ourself and accepting our value are one in the same.

One of the reasons persistance works is every attempt we make increases our belief in ourself. We couldn't try again unless we strengthen our belief in our ability to succeed at whatever we're attempting. That belief and acceptance of our value is ultimately determinate. The more we can identify negative and debilitating thoughts and allow them to be without acting on them, the better and faster our progress is.

The key is to identify and act on thoughts that are uplifting. This stregthens our acceptance and alignment of our value. That acceptance creates our experience of the outer world. Denying thoughts such as, my goals are too big and unrealistic, gives those negative thoughts more power. Accepting their existence and choosing not to act on them, drains them of power.

I offer a free introductory 30 minute coaching session in which you become more conscious of the thouhts in your mind and the freedom and power you have to choose which thoughts to act on and which to not act on. To schedule your session, contact me at [email protected]
